Golf Course Directory
The golf course directory has thousands of courses all over the United States. This directory is
usually the first place for new members to start when trying to find a course that they have played.
There are a few tips to know to enable you to navigate the enormous directory more efficiently.
To access the directory, go to the "Golf Courses" link located in the main menu at the top
of the page. This will bring you to a map of the United States with a listing state links below. To limit
the amount of results that come up in your search you must first select the state in which you played your round of
golf from either the map or the state name listed below. Once you select the state, a list of courses will be
displayed. Some states may have 1,000's of course while other states, such as Hawaii, only have a select few. If you need to narrow
your seach even more, put in the zip code of the course you are trying to find. This will usually narrow your search down
enough for you to find your course.
To facilitate you search you can sort the list by clicking on the column headings on the list. Clicking on the column headings
will sort the list alphabetically. If you click the same column heading again, the order will be reversed. This can be used to
sort the courses in alphabetical order to make your course easier to find. This can also be used to bring the courses with the
most rounds played to the top of the list.
If your course is not found in the directory, you can add the course to the directory. Click on the "Add Course" link located at
the top right of the page. This will bring you to an input screen asking for course information. Please make sure to fill out the
state field and zip code field on the form, otherwise you may not be able to find your course that you just added. Fill out
all the fields and click the "Save" button. After entering in a course search the golf course directory again for the course you
just added.
Once you find your course on the list you can click on the course name to go to the golf course page. On the golf course page you can
post a round to your account, edit the score card, and look up stats on the course.
